American Water Services, Inc. is a fast growing water utility based in the mountains of Northeast Georgia. We specialize in the installation, maintenance, operation, and testing of public, community and non-community water systems. American Water Services is equipped with all the tools and resources necessary to meet any of your water system needs. Freeman Electrical and Pump Service, Inc., provides the company with twenty-four hour service in the event of a system malfunction. In addition to this service they keep a large inventory of replacement parts in stock to prevent any long-term service disruptions. As American Water Service continues to grow, so will the demands and obligations placed upon it. It has developed and works in conjunction with a strong network of organizations to meet these demands and obligations and provide the best possible service to its customers. This network includes multiple well drillers, engineering and surveying firms, water analysis companies, and filtrations companies.

Our company is expecting a significant growth over the next few years. To keep up with the growth, we now have three certified class 4 operators. As we grow, American Water Services is continually researching and discussing with vendors new products or possible upgrades that would make the system more reliable and economically sound. Water disruptions are not only an inconvenience for the customers but are very burdensome and costly for the company.  As a result, power and water consumptions are constantly monitored for any abnormalities that may indicate a problem. The systems are also visually inspected on a regular basis for any indications that a problem may occur. Measures are taken to resolve these problems before any service disruptions occur.
